Romans 8:16-18

¹⁶ The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. ¹⁷ Now if we are children, we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with the Messiah^[a]—if, in fact, we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.

God’s Spirit Helps Us

¹⁸ For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed to us.
